Every structure is custom built, so pricing is based on size, layout, materials, and site conditions. We do not publish fixed prices because no two projects are identical. The first step is a conversation about your project, from there, we provide a clear, itemized quote before any work begins.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. KC Structure Co manages the permit application process as part of the project. Permit timelines vary by municipality and project type. We factor this into the project schedule from the start and keep you updated throughout.
