Yes. Our shop models are built with 10-foot sidewalls and a roll-up door sized for a boat on a trailer, and we can go taller on a custom build. Tell us the trailer height and we size the door accordingly.
My lot slopes hard toward the lake. Can you still build?
Yes. Sloped lots are common at Lake Lotawana and we design for them, often with a two-level building that uses the grade instead of fighting it. The site visit tells us where the footing goes.
